Welcome to Botanical Bunches!


For any orders placed via any channel (e.g online, email, phone, etc), you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions outlined throughout this site.  Separate T&Cs apply for event orders, which will be provided at time of quote/order.


As we are a home floral studio, we are only able to provide a next day or future dated order for delivery.  All orders need to be received by 5pm the business day before the delivery date. 

The use of term 'arrangement', implies any floral creation e.g bouquet, vase arrangement, etc.


We do not share your personal information with any other parties unless legally required to.  Your details are only used by us for the purposes that relate to the sale and delivery of your order.


We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Our arrangements are made using natural fresh floral materials and we have no control over the handling or environment which the arrangement is subjected to after we have completed the delivery.  If however, you have a genuine concern with the arrangement, please contact us at sam@botanicalbunches.com.au within 30mins of the arrangement being delivered and we will try to rectify the situation within reason. 

All care has been taken in selecting the most premium materials available at the markets however, there is no guarantee the arrangements over time, will be as fresh as when we delivered them, as many factors contribute to the life of floral materials.


As the floral materials used are natural products and grown per nature's rules.  We cannot guarantee an exact colour or variations of any of the plant, flowers or foliage used, as no two products are identical.



All stated prices on this site are GST inclusive. 

All payments are done securely via Square (all major credit/debit cards).


Prior to your purchase, please ensure the delivery is within our included delivery suburbs list.  There is a standard delivery fee of $11 (inc GST)  per delivery address, which is added at checkout.  Please refer to our delivery policy page.


Any equipment supplied (includes vases, stands, etc) unless purchased, are included on a rental arrangement and any damage or breakages will incur a replacement cost. 


 Any changes or cancellation must be made 3 business days in advance of the delivery date in writing.  For Weekend Botanical Blooms 4 arrangements delivered weekly, please note it is not a subscription and therefore you will not be able to cancel once the first arrangement has been delivered. You are purchasing a set number of delivered arrangements.  If you no longer wish to receive them, you could gift the reminder to someone special for their enjoyment. Please contact us to arrange and if they are outside our delivery areas, additional delivery charges may apply.
